Key Terms & Conditions

This service, operated by Yoxi Cloud (owned by Madscrull Solutions Limited), provides a content portal (access to fitness and diet, sports news, games etc) . By using our service, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service. We handle your personal information according to our Privacy Policy.

Your Contract with Us By subscribing, you confirm you are:

At least 18 years old and legally able to enter agreements.
Responsible for all charges, including those from third-party partners.
Providing accurate and complete registration information.
Using the service only for personal entertainment.

You must not share your login details or use service material for business/commercial purposes.

Your Subscription Your subscription starts once you register and provide a valid payment method (e.g., PayPal, Apple Pay, Credit Card). You'll receive a confirmation email.

Price & Payment Subscription rates are confirmed in your email. After any trial, your first payment is an upfront monthly fee, followed by automatic monthly payments on the same date each month until you cancel. Monthly payments are non-refundable once processed.

We can change prices, and we'll email you 30 days before any increase. If a monthly fee isn't received, we may restrict access and will try to recover payment for up to 90 days. If payment fails, your subscription may be cancelled , and outstanding amounts may be sent to a debt recovery agency.

For Apple Pay/Google Pay/PayPal, payments might be collected before the due date, so ensure sufficient funds. We use Stripe for secure payment processing and do not store your card details. You must notify us of any payment method changes.

Your Responsibilities As the Account Holder, you agree not to:

Download or copy service materials except as permitted.
Use the service for business or commercial purposes.
Introduce viruses or other harmful material.

Promotions We may offer promotions (e.g., trials, discounts, prize draws). Separate rules will apply to these promotions in addition to these terms.

Our Liability We do not limit our liability for death, personal injury due to negligence, fraud, or anything else that cannot be legally excluded. Our total liability for other losses is limited to one month's subscription fee. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, including data loss or issues caused by third parties.

Cancellations & Refunds You can cancel your subscription anytime via email ( [email protected]), online account settings, or live chat. Your cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period.

Cooling-off Period: If you cancel within 14 days of registration, you are entitled to a full refund.
After Cooling-off: We do not offer refunds for the remainder of the subscription term after this period. Payments processed before cancellation are not refunded.
Discretionary Refunds: Any refunds outside the cooling-off period are at our discretion and may be withdrawn if a payment dispute arises.
Chargebacks: Chargeback requests are investigated. Valid contracts will be disputed, and you may be blacklisted for misuse.

Fair Usage If we believe there's misuse of the service, we may issue a warning. In extreme cases, we may cancel your subscription if misuse is excessive and threatens the service's integrity.

Complaints We take complaints seriously and aim to resolve them promptly. Please be respectful to our staff; calls are recorded, and staff can terminate calls if subjected to abuse.

Complaint information is used solely for investigation and response. We aim to resolve complaints within 10 working days.

General

Assignment: The contract cannot be transferred without Yoxi Cloud's written consent.
Amendments: This agreement can only be changed with written approval from both parties.
Intellectual Property (IP): All IP related to Yoxi Cloud's material remains the exclusive property of Yoxi Cloud and cannot be used or distributed without prior written permission.
Law & Jurisdiction: This agreement is governed by English law and subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of English courts.
